Biography

I was born in 1966 in Mexico City. I dropped the interest to paint when I was a teenager in Mexico, there I begin to study in Art School of Morelia in 1982. After I went to Europe in 1989 to see more about the Art, I begin to study a graphic speciality in the Art School of Basel in 1995. Keeping the drawing and the painting, I decide to work with the Lithography and Intaglio print techniques for my own. My artwork mostly bidimensional and with traditional mediums, consist of different themes and periods; the influence of the Modern Art and the Abstract Expressionism, my liking for the Original-graphic, some of my Mexican culture, and my recent paintings, a mix of figurative subjects with geometrical elements, closed in the Poster concept.
